SHIPPING, RETURNS &REFUNDS

At Aroha Box, we carefully curate each product to bring you meaningful and joyful experiences. We encourage you to browse thoughtfully and select items that truly resonate with you, as each box is prepared with care just for you.

 

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us, but to help keep our offerings sustainable and continue delivering quality products, we have a few important guidelines regarding returns:

 

Return Window: Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you are considering a return.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Return Process: Email us at myarohabox@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items, usually within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

 

Please Note:

Due to the personalized nature of our boxes, we encourage you to review your order carefully before purchase. Returns for change of mind or ordering errors may be limited to help us reduce waste and operational costs.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
